The ISEA Fall Summit will be co-located with the Fall Technical Conference at the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Gaithersburg, MD from 9/23 to 9/24. Blocks of hotel rooms have been allocated at the nearby Marriott and Hilton. Registration details and program information are provided below. Non-US-citizens must fill-out an additional form to gain entry to the summit.

We have a single block of rooms at this hotel to cover both the ISEA Annual Summit and the Fall Technical Conference since these meetings will be held back-to-back at NIST. If you are attending both conferences you can make a single hotel reservation to cover both meetings using the link from this site or the link from the FTC web site. There will be dedicated free shuttle bus transportation between the Courtyard Marriott and NIST each day, with a trip to NIST in the morning and a return to the hotel each afternoon.

There are two blocks of rooms at this hotel, one to cover both the ISEA Annual Summit and another to cover the Fall Technical Conference since these meetings will be held back-to-back at NIST. If you are attending both conferences you will need to make two hotel reservations, one from each block, using the link from this site and the link from the FTC web site. There will not be dedicated free shuttle bus transportation between the Gaithersburg Hilton and NIST each day during the ISEA Summit, but the Hilton does provide a free shared shuttle that can bring you to NIST, subject to availability. If you are attending both conferences you can let the front desk know you have two reservations upon check-in and you should not need to change rooms between meetings. Note the hotel rates are slightly different for the two meetings. The Monday night reception for the ISEA Summit will be held at the Hilton.Registration Details
The registration fee for the ISEA Fall Summit is $250 and includes a reception Monday evening with beer and wine included, lunch on Tuesday, and refreshments at the breaks. The program schedule includes panel discussions, case studies, networking opportunities, and more.

Important Non-US-Citizen Information
All attendees must be pre-registered to gain entry to the NIST campus. Photo identification must be presented at the main gate to be admitted to the event. International attendees are required to present a passport. Attendees must wear their conference badge at all times while on the campus. There is no on-site registration for events held at NIST.
